Working Immigration
Before applying for the visa a migrant must have a job offer and a Certificate of Sponsorship from an organisation that has a sponsor licence. If you are applying from outside the UK your employer must be able to evidence that there are no settled workers (British/EEA nationals or those with indefinite leave) who are able to do the job.
Personal & Family Immigration
As a British Citizen or UK resident with no immigration restrictions, you are eligible to bring your spouse or partner to the UK.
Note that your spouse has to earn this amount or more and support you without claiming UK public funds. The minimum financial requirement is higher if you have dependent children.
Study Immigration
Are you a Non EEA individual thinking of doing your studies in the UK? Tier 4 (General) Student Visa route might be for you.
Settlement/ Permanent Residence
For non EEA nationals, permanent residence in the UK is called Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR). If you are granted Indefinite Leave to Remain as a foreign national you will be allowed to live and work in the United Kingdom without immigration restrictions.
